Dr. Elizabeth is a Bay Area native who is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming, and personalized dental home for every child. She believes in building strong relationships with families and tailoring treatment plans to meet each child's unique needs, values, and cultural background. With over nine years of experience serving communities from San Francisco to Santa Clara, she is excited to join Cupertino Pediatric Dentistry and continue providing compassionate, high-quality care.
Dr. Elizabeth’s journey in pediatric dentistry was inspired by her early mentors, who encouraged her love for working with children. She graduated with honors from UCLA’s Bioengineering program, where she also mentored children through the student-adoptee organization China Care Bruins. She went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from Harvard School of Dental Medicine, where she deepened her passion for pediatric dentistry through initiatives such as Give Kids a Smile Day and the Special Olympics, and by helping establish a community clinic for children with special healthcare needs.
Following dental school, Dr. Elizabeth was thrilled to return to the Bay Area to complete a dual pediatric dental residency and master’s program at UCSF. Her three-year training focused on trauma care, advanced behavior management, and providing dental services for underserved populations. Her research on silver diamine fluoride (a cavity-arresting treatment) was published in Pediatric Dentistry, the leading journal in the field.
Dr. Elizabeth’s dedication to children’s oral health extends beyond the clinic. She has advocated for children’s healthcare policies in Washington, D.C., and Sacramento and has volunteered in communities across the world—from Arizona’s Navajo Nation to remote villages in Panajachel, Guatemala.

Qualifications
When she’s not caring for young patients, Dr. Elizabeth stays busy as a loving mom to her daughter. She enjoys urban hiking with her dog, spending time with friends and family, and exploring the Bay Area’s best boba shops (favorites include Ten Ren and Boba Guys!).
She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and dental Spanish, ensuring she can connect with a diverse range of families.
